It can also track your sleep quality and give you a sleep score so you can keep track of it over time. Being able to watch the trends in your sleep can help you improve your health by recognizing the habits you do that disrupt your sleep cycle or lower your sleep quality. Once you are able to isolate those bad habits, then you can stop them and improve your sleep quality. We believe that there will be more devices emerging in the market like this soon.
